RUNNER’s GLOBAL FOOT for THOUGHT

I run, I see things, I photograph things, I write about things, then I paint about things! This is the story of the things I see and encounter as I run around this beautiful world of ours. And when I tire of running, I hike, cycle and sleep.

Every run is its own kind of experiment, combining the rush of endorphins with a whirlwind of thoughts and the natural elements that surround me. Here, I share the sights and sensations of my travels, captured through the sharp focus of my camera and the broad strokes of my paintbrush, presenting the world as I see it—one run at a time.

Join me as I explore the planet at a runner’s pace, reflecting on everything from the architectural symmetry of ancient monuments to the vibrant, chaotic markets of far-off cities. Whether it's musing over molecular structures (yes I have wondered before if I could tag a water molecule and see it’s cycle of life) or the fluid dynamics of a river, this blog is a collection of my thoughts, photographs, and paintings, each offering a unique glimpse into the places I’ve been fortunate enough to visit.
